USA Today
1. Houston. After locking up quarterback David Carr for three more seasons, the Texans appear certain to pick Bush and not another quarterback. The other legitimate option is trading down to stockpile picks and strengthen the offensive line, probably with Virginia tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson. If Houston doesn't want Bush, another team likely would pay a ransom to get a shot at him.

2. New Orleans. Disappointing quarterback Aaron Brooks finally could be out in New Orleans, giving new coach Sean Payton a chance to start over with a new quarterback. He could have his choice between Leinart and Young, assuming Bush goes No. 1. Young will need more seasoning than Leinart, who excelled in a pro-style offense with the Trojans.

3. Tennessee. With quarterback Steve McNair nearing the end of his career, the Titans also figure to be in the market for a new quarterback, and they probably would be happy with either Leinart or Young. Leinart played under offensive coordinator Norm Chow when Chow was with the Trojans, and McNair has been a mentor to Young for several years.
